When your monthly fuel bill arrives, log in and enter the bill (≈60 seconds). The system emails/texts tenant invoices and generates a landlord report with amounts due per unit.

Note: Invoices include your pay-to details. Landlord-Tools, LLC does not collect payments on your behalf.
