I’m Kurt Bauman — Founder, President, and CTO of Landlord-Tools, LLC.
Like many property investors, my wife Lisa and I quickly discovered that heating is one of the most unpredictable and costly expenses in multi-unit buildings. After years of paying for other people’s heat, I knew there had to be a smarter solution.
Drawing on my background in electronics and IT, I set out to transform the way landlords manage heating costs — turning a liability into an opportunity.
